Tried to cycle the most miles in a year twice but thwarted by broken bones and sleep apnoea. Somehow ended up with a Guinness WR and National CTT award in the midst of it all. Now trying to survive by talking about it.
At least one big cycling project in 2019, possibly the 4800 mile round the coast of Britain record.

Tired after the Sunday clubrun, I didn't fancy bodypump but went anyway. EMS seems to help with flexibility. Instead of a pretty uncomfortable last few sets of squats, I felt pretty OK so instead of struggling, I doubled the pace of the instructor in the last set. Reckon I can up my squat weight now

EMS seems to be doing a lot of good. Feel a bit more like my old self. Used my heavy touring wheels on the clubrun and got some good power numbers. Then did 5 hrs Deliveroo to crack 100 miles for the day.

250 miles cycling last weekend distracted me from stretching, running and bodypump. But Yoga+stretches Tuesday. Wednesday was a day of laziness. Today, about a mile jogging to the shop then an EMS session. Was on the verge of being sick. EMS does seem to be helping with strength and flexibility.
