Just a quickie update until I get time for blogging... 3 peaks, ahhh still not done, nearly had opportunity 2 weeks ago but then our door lock broke so had to spend that day stripping and fitting a new one grrrr. 1,000 miles/100,000ft well on track \o/ currently at 425miles and 36,000ft of running

Finally on the brink of a change for the better with the weather. As well as the existing run groups, now starting my @PlayOutClub group with a couch-to-5k based suite of sessions to push that motivation. Fingers crossed for a possible Yorkshire 3 Peaks marathon run pledge attempt on Friday too!
