The Sweat Pledge First Time Challenge

These are events that are only open to those who have never taken part in this distance event before. Oh, and those who are supporting someone else's first time.

The Sweat Pledge PB Challenge

For when you've already done the distance but you wanna go faster!

Want to run, skip, hop, cycle, swim, and the rest, with your fellow swedgers (who you’ve only ever seen on social media!)?
Want to do all the above with like minded people? (bring your buddies)
Need some encouragement to get sweaty?
Want to get active with the brains behind Sweat Pledge?
Just want to have a blinking good chin wag?
