How are you getting on with your New Years’ Resolutions? Running 10Ks, or running out of steam? Can you believe that we’re nearly a quarter of the way through the year already?! Never fear, Sweat Pledge Bingo is here, to refresh your resolve, relieve your boredom and give you lots of new ideas for getting active.
It’s up to you how you choose to play the game:

  • If you’re dead-set on one particular activity (running, cycling, gym etc), complete one of the rows

  • If you want to try a little bit of everything, complete one of the columns

  • If you really want to go for it, why not try and tick off every activity on the card? You go, you!
