Day 24 challenge is open!

It's Christmas!!! At least for some, but one more sleep in the UK! So we're giving you your biggest challenge yet...

Today's challenge is to drink NO alcohol. Yep, toughest challenge yet. 

Should you really NEED to drink today, your forfeit is a bit of everything...

  • 25 crunches/sit-ups (day 1)
  • 2 km walk or run (day 2)
  • Plank for as long as you can (day 3)
  • 2 flights of stairs (day 5)
  • Something heavy at arm's length for as long as you can (day 6)
  • 10 press-ups (day 7)
  • Balance tin of beans on your head for 1-minute walk (day 8)
  • Side plank for as long as you can (day 10)
  • 10 burpees (day 11)
  • Stand on one leg for 1 minute (day 12)
  • 2 sun salutations (day 13)
  • 10 tricep dips (day 14)
  • Bridge for as long as you can (day 15)
  • 20 twisted mountain climbers (day 19)
  • 10 box jumps (day 20)
