You've done a training session where you really got into the zone, and the ideas came flooding out of you. Yep, we've been there too. It's time to get them down. Here's how.

 

Create new blog

To create a new blog, click on the 'ADD BLOG POST' button in the SWEAT section of your page.

A pop-up window will appear where you can write your blog.

Editing your blog

You can edit it by clicking the pen icon next to the title of the blog:

That will open a pop-up window, just like the one where you originally wrote your blog, make the changes, click 'SAVE CHANGES' and then return to your page. Simple!

 

 

From DRAFT to PUBLISHED and back again

Again, click the pen next to the blog.

Find the 'Publish Status' drop-down menu. Select 'Publish', and then click 'SAVE CHANGES' and then return to your page.

Equally, if you want to return your blog from published status to draft, then select 'Draft', and always 'SAVE CHANGES

 

Share your blog

Don't forget to share your blog on Facebook and Twitter!

All you need to do is highlight the URL (web address) in an OPEN BLOG (i.e. not on your profile page) and then paste that into a post on your favoured social media site. Don't forget to add a description of what you're up to and that you want some sweat pledges!
